- Condition: The item must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be provided.
- Non-returnable items: Some products, such as personalized/custom-made items, opened hygiene products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us: Reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return instructions: We will guide you through the return process, including providing a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is safely delivered. Nexxo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed for the original purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time: After the return is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the item(s) to help us expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, health products)
- Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital services

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item you want is available, we will assist with the exchange. If the item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or offer a refund
